Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Sessions are usually performed in socks, and grip socks are recommended for safety and comfort. Supportive footwear may be required if clinically appropriate or advised for your condition.
You do not need to be fit or experienced to begin. We will guide you at a pace that is appropriate for you.

Our sessions are intentionally kept small to allow for individual attention, supervision, and appropriate exercise modification.

Many clients attend with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, osteopenia, persistent pain, or changes in strength and mobility.
Your program can be modified to suit your condition, comfort level, and current capacity. Our focus is on safe, appropriate exercise to support strength, balance, mobility, and confidence.
If you have relevant medical information, such as imaging reports or a bone density scan, please bring these to your initial assessment so your program can be planned appropriately.
Next Steps
If you already had an initial assessment and had the all clear by Caroline, you can book your session below.
