Hi, I’m Caroline

I’m a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience helping people move better, feel stronger and navigate the physical changes that often come with midlife.

Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of people experiencing pain, injury, stiffness, reduced confidence and the challenges of staying active as their bodies change.

My approach is evidence-informed, highly personalised and focused on helping people build long-term strength, confidence and independence.

My Clinical Approach

My work is grounded in evidence-based physiotherapy and a practical understanding of how the body adapts over time.

I support people through:

✓ Pain and injury
✓ Persistent musculoskeletal conditions
✓ Strength and mobility challenges
✓ Movement confidence and recovery
✓ The physical changes associated with midlife

Care is tailored to the individual, with a focus on clear guidance, sustainable progress and long-term management.

Why CDS Physio & Wellness Was Created

CDS Physio & Wellness was created to offer a more personalised and supportive approach to physiotherapy and movement in midlife.

Many people don’t just need treatment for pain — they need guidance, structure and the confidence to move well long term.

The clinic combines physiotherapy-led care with guided strength and movement support, helping people feel capable in their bodies now and into the future.

A Different Approach to Midlife Health

Midlife health is not simply about managing symptoms.

It’s about maintaining strength, mobility, resilience and quality of life over time.

My work considers the broader factors that influence physical wellbeing, including stress, recovery, lifestyle and movement capacity — while remaining grounded in evidence-informed physiotherapy care.
