Physiotherapy for Pain, Injury, Rehabilitation & Chronic Conditions
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy addresses pain, injury and movement restriction through thorough assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and a structured rehabilitation plan — building the strength and capacity to reduce the risk of recurrence and support how you move long-term.
Why Caroline
This isn't pain, treatment, discharge and nothing more. Every assessment brings together musculoskeletal clinical reasoning with a wider view of what's actually driving your presentation — movement patterns, strength, and the factors shaping your recovery. Where a presentation is complex, recurring or chronic, that means a plan built specifically around you: thorough assessment, appropriate treatment, purposeful rehabilitation, and a longer-term approach to managing risk and building capacity. You're working directly with me throughout, from that first assessment through to your longer-term plan.
Areas of particular interest
Alongside general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I hold particular interest in spinal pain, lower limb injuries, the musculoskeletal effects of menopause, and chronic condition management.
Chronic condition management
Conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and osteopenia, and persistent or recurring pain often benefit from a longer-term management approach rather than focusing only on short-term symptom relief. I combine hands-on care where appropriate with structured rehabilitation, strength and movement, helping you manage your condition, maintain function and build confidence in what your body can do.
How I Work
Clinical reasoning, thorough assessment and a long view of your physical health — not just resolving what's in front of us today, but understanding what keeps you strong, capable and resilient going forward.
