Hi, I’m Caroline

I’m a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 19 years’ experience supporting people through pain, movement challenges and major life transitions.

I’ve worked with thousands of people who want to feel stronger, more confident in their bodies, and supported through change — especially in midlife.

My Clinical Foundation

My work is grounded in evidence-informed physiotherapy and a deep understanding of how the body adapts over time.
I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people move through injury, persistent pain, stress-related tension and the physical changes that often emerge in midlife. My approach has always been practical, compassionate and focused on long-term outcomes — not quick fixes.

Why my work evolved

As my own life and work evolved, so did my understanding of health.

I began to see clearly that while physiotherapy is essential for addressing pain and restoring movement, many people also need support that goes beyond symptoms — support that honours nervous system health, lifestyle, recovery and the realities of midlife.

That insight shaped the way I work today.

How I support people now

My work now lives across two clear and complementary pathways.

At CDS Physio & Wellness, we provide physiotherapy-led care and supported movement for people who need guidance with pain, strength and confidence in their bodies.

Alongside this, I offer The Goddess Project — a separate, invitation-based space for women in midlife who feel called to explore wellbeing and midlife vitality at a deeper level.

These pathways are distinct, but they share the same foundation: respect for the body, compassion for the individual, and care that meets people where they are.

Not sure which pathway is right for you?
