This pathway is for people whose primary focus is their body — pain, stiffness, strength, confidence or returning to movement safely.
Care is physiotherapy-led, evidence-informed and designed to support long-term health and independence.
The Goddess Project
This pathway is for women in midlife who feel called to go deeper — beyond fixing symptoms — into strength, vitality, self-trust and embodied wellbeing.
This work is holistic, transformational and invitation-based.

I’m a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 19 years’ experience supporting people through pain, movement challenges and major life transitions.
